The Sunshine Squad are all visiting Oliver one day and they begin to have trouble finding toys because Oliver’s room is very messy. The other children decide to head outside to the park but Oliver’s dad says he needs to clean his room before he goes outside. Instead of cleaning up Oliver decides to draw all afternoon and hopes that his dad will forget about his messy room. The next day Oliver still has trouble cleaning his room but the Sunshine Squad comes to help! Oliver learns that he can pretend to be a superhero while he is cleaning. He surprises his friends with a new comic book about the Sunshine Squad cleaning team! This book will definitely help young children understand the importance of tidying up their space. A poem about responsibility is featured at the back and suggestions for how to make cleaning fun for children. The illustrations are colorful and realistic. The Sunshine Squad is a diverse group of children who are sure to inspire others!
